Twain McDougal
President
Twain McDougal is the President of Vestige, a Transit Technologies company dedicated to advancing safety and efficiency through innovative telematics solutions. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in the SaaS and mobility sectors, Twain has guided teams from start-up environments to enterprise scale, driving revenue growth, cultural transformation, and operational excellence. Formerly a Regional VP at Verizon Connect and Fleetmatics, he is recognized for building high-performance teams, mentoring future leaders, and executing strategies that deliver measurable business impact. Twain brings a data-driven, people-first approach to leadership, inspiring trust and driving results in competitive markets.
Jeff Young
Director of Business Development
Jeff brings over 20 years of leadership experience in Sales, Operations, Training, and Team Development. Throughout his career, he has held key roles at respected organizations including Disney World, NASCAR, Fleetmatics, Verizon, Vestige, and Transit Technologies. His expertise lies in building high-performing teams, driving growth, and creating strategies that deliver measurable results. Beyond his professional achievements, Jeff has been married for more than 22 years and is the proud father of two daughters (and a couple of four-legged kids). He enjoys a balanced lifestyle—whether it’s spending time outdoors or relaxing at home. In his downtime, Jeff loves watching movies, playing board games, video games, and testing his knowledge in trivia.
Mike Wheeler
Senior Director of Client Success
Mike Wheeler is an accomplished Client Success and Support leader with over 16 years of experience in SaaS and telematics. As Senior Director of Client Success at Vestige, he oversees three teams - Client Success, Installation, and Support, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Mike is passionate about caring for Transit's client base and leading innovation in hardware/software solutions. Mike is also a proud husband and father of two adorable little girls.
Lucas Majewski
Director of Software Engineering
Lucas Majewski is an experienced software engineer and architect with over 20 years of expertise delivering enterprise-grade web and mobile applications. He has spent the past decade at Vestige, where he plays a key role in building and scaling technology solutions, and more recently has expanded his leadership to broader engineering management responsibilities across teams at Transit Technologies. Outside of work, Lucas is a proud husband and father of three young boys. He enjoys playing tennis, snowboarding, and working out to stay active and balanced.
Josh Albright
Director of Operations
Joshua Albright has spent the past 10 years growing with The Vestige Group, working through Sales, Marketing, and Contract Management before stepping into Operations. Today, he leads the warehouse and RMA teams while partnering with support, install, accounting, and sales to keep the entire operation connected. Known for his hands-on leadership and 20 years of restaurant hustle, Joshua focuses on building strong relationships, keeping the business running smoothly, and mentoring the next generation of talent.
Bryan Mitchell
Director of Marketing
Bryan leads marketing for Vestige and brings decades of experience across a range of industries and roles, ranging from journalist and Naval officer with several global deployments to markeing roles with global brands. He holds bachelor's degrees in Spanish and Communications from the Univeristy of Tennessee and a master's degree in International Relations from Oklahoma University.
Megan Wheeler
SR. Accounts Receivable Specialist
With over a decade of experience, Megan serves as the Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, bringing a deep understanding of the company's financial operations and internal processes. Over the course of more than 10 years with the organization, she has held a wide range of roles, gaining hands-on experience in nearly every department.
Sue Smith
Senior Accounting Manager
Sue has been a part of the Vestige team for just over 3 years, but brings with her 40+ years of accouning experience. As an accountant, she has worked in various types of businesses throughout her career, allowing her to provide a variety of different viewpoints to the Team. Outside of work, Sue spends time with her four kids and three grandkids enjoying time with her family and friends. She is also an avid knitter and enjoys volunteering for local non-profits.
